Villa Dimitris is located just 150m from the sea, in Paralia Panteleimonas, at the southernmost tip of Pieria. Nestled below the Castle of Platamonas and in the shadow of Mount Olympus — the mountain of the gods. Villa Dimitris is a complex of apartments and studios consisting of two buildings, offering a total of 20 apartments and studios that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Each apartment and studio includes a double and a single bed, and in some units, there is also a sofa bed or an extra bed. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV (32" in the apartments or 24" in the studios), air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchen with a double electric hotplate, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, bathroom with bathtub or shower, and a balcony. The apartments are located on the ground and first floors of both buildings, while the studios are on the second floor of the main building. Villa Dimitris has a fenced garden of 3,000 m² where you will find barbecue facilities, tables and chairs, as well as sunbeds for relaxation and sunbathing. There is also free on-site parking available in the garden area. Our main priority is the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas of the complex so that our guests feel safe, comfortable, and carefree during their holidays.
