Archaia is an old family house, dating from the end of the 17th century. It is located in Lipci, 200 m from the sea, near the prehistoric cave drawings in Lipci. The house is two-storey with an internal wooden staircase. On the first floor there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a living room with a television and a mini-library, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
