Our description Very nice and new villa, with friendly owners. It is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk, but in a quiet place, so it is an ideal choice for a holiday in Sarti. The furniture is of good quality, the accommodation units are very nice and clean. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, and in some units there is an oven, and in others there is a microwave oven. Only one studio has a sea view, but that is why the roof veranda has a fantastic view of the sea and the city, it is excellently decorated and created for enjoying socializing, reading or relaxing in general. Private parking is provided for 8 cars, and there are a total of 11 accommodation units, but there is free parking nearby. Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Since 2004 our guests confirm the pleasant atmosphere of our place. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world.

Owner's description Kladi House is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :) The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car. The house is air conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet and hair dryer. In the accommodation you can buy olive oil, olives and seasonal fruits and vegetables. If you are going to spend your vacation in a quiet location, Kladi House may be the right choice for you.
