Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The five-bed apartments have two bedrooms, one apartment has two double beds, the other a king-size double bed, a standard-size double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom, and guests in the apartments are provided with a hair dryer. After five nights stay, bed linen and towels are changed. Our description Rudi Studios is located in the center of Sarti, only 10m from the beach. The nearest shop is at a distance of about 20m. The studios were completely renovated in 2012. The building consists of three four-bed studios and three four-bed apartments. Two apartments and two studios are located on the low ground floor. One apartment is on the first floor, and one studio is on the second floor. Apartments and studios are between 35m2 and 40m2. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, in the room where the kitchen is there are two sofa beds. The studios have a double bed and two sofa beds in the same room. Our description Accommodation Nick Rooms is located on the main road, 1.7 km from the center of Stavros.
