Villa SAN MARCO *** is located in Becici, above the hotel "The Queen of Montenegro", 10 minutes walk from the sea, about 400m from the beach. It is located in a quiet part of this beautiful coastal town and is ideal for holidays of all generations. The villa consists of 36 studios, double and twin with extra bed. The villa has its own free parking. The villa does not have an elevator. Studio 1/2 has a double bed, studio 1/2 + 1 with a double and one extra bed (armchair that opens), bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Our description Estia hotel is located in Skala Fourka, about 80m from the town beach and about 80m from the center. Accommodation also has a private, fenced parking lot, located across the building, with ample parking space for all guests. Accommodation consists of two facilities, located in G, and has studios that can accommodate two to three people, possibly four, if the fourth person is a child under five years of age, but in that case the child would share a bed with parents. The studios have an equipped kitchen, two hotplates and a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and two or three single beds of standard size, as in private terraces with a table and chairs. They are decently and simply equipped, with well-preserved furniture, since the building is not up to date. The studios have 4 single beds and a kitchen in the same room. They are very comfortable. The terrace is long and medium wide. There are two apartments in the building, consisting of one bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room with a kitchen door with a sofa, under which there is a drawer bed (with almost standard mattress) In the villa there is a duplex apartment with two, completely separate bedrooms and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The area of four-bed studios is about 30 square meters, and apartments about 40. All accommodation units have equipped kitchens with utensils and dishes for preparing meals (they also have mini ovens), TV and air conditioning, hair dryer, bathrooms and terraces. Our description Littore Maris is a new facility (2016) in Paralia Vrasna, only 150m from the sandy beach. It has 15 units, suitable for 3-5 people. The facilities offered by the accommodation are private parking for all guests, a beautifully landscaped yard with barbecue and summer houses, which makes it ideal for socializing and relaxing, and guests have at their disposal several bicycles. The center of Nea Vrasna is about 500m away, while the center of Paralia Vrasna is about 1km. The nearest market and restaurant are at a distance of 400m. Accommodation has 14 studios and one apartment, arranged in two buildings. The studios have a capacity for 3-4 people, while the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. In the first building (on the right) there are four studios and one apartment. The units are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. In the second building (on the left) there are 10 studios, overlooking the sea and arranged on the first and second floor. Studios (20m2) can have a double bed and a bunk bed (these units are located only on the first floor) or a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Four studios (23m2) have slightly larger bathrooms than the others. All units are air conditioned, have internet signal, TV, terrace / veranda with tumble dryer. Mosquito nets exist only in the upstairs studios in the first building. If someone needs a hair dryer, they can contact the reception, which is on duty 24 hours a day. Each unit has one double bed. The studios have kitchenettes and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom (except for the apartment, which has a kitchen and a bathtub with a curtain in the bathroom). All units, which are upstairs, have an entrance from the back, and on their terraces from the front an umbrella.
