Our description Harmony Apartments is located in Pefkohori, next to the sea. It consists of seven accommodation units - five apartments and two double studios. All apartments have a sea view. They consist of two bedrooms (of which only one is separated by a door), kitchen and bathroom. They have one double bed in one room and two connected single beds (or two sofa beds) in the other room. If the apartment is booked by five people, another extra bed, wooden construction and standard dimensions are added. The kitchen in the apartments is fully equipped with the necessary utensils. It has a stove with two hobs, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. Towels are not provided, and linen change is done in agreement with the owner. Guests maintain their own hygiene in the apartments. All apartments have TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, WiFi (the owner says that the signal can sometimes be weaker in the front apartments, so guests usually go down to the yard to have a better signal). The apartments are comfortable (about 40m2) and in a good location, so they are suitable for families with children. There is one parking space in the yard behind the house for each apartment, and the cars are covered with tarpaulins. In the back of the yard there is a lot of greenery that creates shade. There are deck chairs, a table and benches, as well as a space where children play. An electric grill is at guests ’disposal, and there is a shower in the yard. The owners give guests two deck chairs, two folding chairs, a small table and a parasol that they can take to the beach. Also, three bicycles and one canoe are available to guests free of charge. In the immediate vicinity of the building there are markets and bakeries. Not far from the accommodation is the amusement park, but it does not make a lot of noise, and it does not work until late at night. Harmony Apartments is the right choice if you are looking for accommodation in the center, just 10 steps from the sea, close to taverns, cafes and shops in Pefkohori. Our description Villa Suzana is located in Potos, 700m from the city center and is one of the most sought after accommodation in Potos. If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the central crossroads in Potos, continue driving straight towards the exit from the city. After about 700m you will see the tavern Klimataria on the right side of the highway. Right next to this tavern you will see the sign for Studios Suzana and turn right. Villa Suzana is located just behind this tavern from the road to the sea. It is 250 meters from the beach. A narrow, traffic-free dirt road leads you to it. Villa Suzana has two buildings. The offer for online reservations through our site is larger, central, right next to the pool, with a total of 11 studios and one apartment. Studios in the central building are 25m2 and are located on the ground floor or first floor. All have a kitchen located in the small hallway at the entrance to the studio, a double bed and one single bed or three single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be added to the studio. The extra bed has a standard mattress, so the bed is as comfortable as a regular bed. The terraces are spacious and all face the courtyard. Along the beach you can reach the center of Potos, cafes and promenades. Another advantage of this villa is that it is moved out of the city, crowds and traffic, and if you want in less than a minute drive you can be in the city center and go shopping. You can reach Potos on foot and for that you need a 10-minute walk along the highway or a little more along the beach. Parking is provided next to the villa and on road extensions, but the villa does not have private parking. If you want decent accommodation in Potos that would suit families with small children, with pool and yard, excellent hygiene, just outside the city, Villa Suzana has our recommendation. On San Antonio Beach you will find several great taverns and a bar.

Owner's description Villa Oasis is a traditional complex located next to a pine forest and sandy beach, 5.5 km from Nea Potidea in Halkidiki. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. Accommodation units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra. Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and a car park. The complex is located 100m from the sea. The long sandy beach is practically private, and the sea is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for children.
