Situated on the highest point of the Ring road around the village of Neos Marmaras,Egeon Rooms offers some of the most breathtaking Views available in all of Sithonia. Egeon Rooms has 12 rooms,of which 3 rooms are large 4 bed duplex family studios,while the remaining 9 studios are 2 or 3 bed rooms. All are fully furnished ,with kitchenette and also equiped with everything you need for a convinient, pleasant,refreshing and restful stay. All our rooms are meticulously cleaned and decorated, spacious and sunny, with private balcony with beautiful sea-view. We do offer private parking on site for 2 of our guests cars ,but there is always plenty of parking available on the roads surroung our rooms,plus the are 2 large parking areas 100 meters away Egeon Rooms is open from June till early October,in order to offer you it's warm hospitality and pleasant accommodation in the most cosmopolitan area of Sithonia!

On the coast, on both sides of the promenade, there is a terrace of the hotel restaurant with excellent cuisine and various specialties. The atmosphere of the terrace by the sea is complemented by the sounds of pleasant music that evokes the spirit of the Mediterranean. From the terrace of the restaurant, as well as from most hotel rooms, there is a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Sv. Nikola. We offer our guests half board (breakfast buffet, dinner 5-6 dishes of your choice) as the basic type of arrangement, and other arrangements in the diet are possible depending on the wishes of the guests. The terrace of the hotel restaurant is covered by a wireless internet signal, which can be used free of charge.
