Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. This is a family house Radjenovic, located on a plot of 3,000 m2, full of vines, various fruit trees, lots of greenery located in a quiet place, in the natural environment of Prijevor above Budva. We are located halfway between Budva and Jaz beach, on the slopes of Spas hill, which is protected by the state as a nature reserve. We rent a complete house or individual units max for 11 people, fully equipped. We are 2 km or 5 minutes by car from the center of Budva, and 2.5 km from the beach Jaz. The house is ideal for families or nature lovers who like to relax with the sounds of birds and the scents of nature. At 100m from the house there is a newly opened Aqua Park.

Our description Accommodation is located in the heart of Potos, in one of the best locations in this town and is certainly a great choice for a family vacation in Potos. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn (half) right into the first street that descends obliquely towards the sea. After a few hundred meters, after the Potos Hotel, you will see Christin Apartments on the right side of the street. From the street you enter a spacious yard, full of greenery and shade. Accommodation consists of three buildings in which there are 13 apartments, type A and type B, for three and four people. Apartments type A (27m2) have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one pull-out bed or two single beds. They can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Apartments type B (37m2) are duplex apartments and they have two separate bedrooms and living room, they are more comfortable, and are also intended for families with two children or couples. The apartments in the first and second building are located next to each other on the high ground floor and are located sideways in relation to the street. They are facing the yard. At the bottom of the yard, closest to the sea, there is a separate, two-storey (ground floor and first floor) building that has a total of eight apartments overlooking the sea. In the first ground floor building there are three apartments - one type A for four people and two type B for four people. In the second ground floor building there are two apartments - one type A for four people and the other type B for four people. In the building next to the beach there are eight apartments, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Two apartments are type B for four people, and six apartments are type A - two for four people and four for three people. The apartments have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, safe, air conditioning, mosquito nets, hair dryer, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. They are not luxurious, but they are very high quality. They are equipped with very nice furniture, decorated with style and very clean. Hygiene is maintained regularly, and linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is very spacious, full of flowers, palm trees and greenery, with plenty of space for children to run and play on the playground. In the yard there is a place for barbecue, seating, next to the sea there is a summer house for enjoyment and dining, and in the shade there is enough space for parking cars. Directly from the yard there is a small beach, which is shared by Papaikonomou Villa and Christin Apartments. The beach is small and intimate, sandy on the shore and mostly (first 2-3 meters) rocky in the water. There is never a crowd on it, because it is sheltered and hidden. It is ideal for relaxing with a book. This accommodation has a great location, because it is in the heart of Potos. It offers its guests peace, fenced parking, large yard, shade and direct access to the beach, which is really hard to find in Potos. At the same time, from the other end of the yard you go directly to the promenade full of shops, fast food restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and souvenir shops. If you do not like a small private beach, the city is only two minutes walk from the apartment.
