Our description Villa Suzana is located in Potos, 700m from the city center and is one of the most sought after accommodation in Potos. If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the central crossroads in Potos, continue driving straight towards the exit from the city. After about 700m you will see the tavern Klimataria on the right side of the highway. Right next to this tavern you will see the sign for Studios Suzana and turn right. Villa Suzana is located just behind this tavern from the road to the sea. It is 250 meters from the beach. A narrow, traffic-free dirt road leads you to it. Villa Suzana has two buildings. The offer for online reservations through our site is larger, central, right next to the pool, with a total of 11 studios and one apartment. Studios in the central building are 25m2 and are located on the ground floor or first floor. All have a kitchen located in the small hallway at the entrance to the studio, a double bed and one single bed or three single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be added to the studio. The extra bed has a standard mattress, so the bed is as comfortable as a regular bed. The terraces are spacious and all face the courtyard. One apartment is located in the same building on the first floor. The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, living room with kitchen and sofa bed where two people can sleep. If necessary, a fifth extra bed can be inserted. The area of the apartment is about 30m2 and the terrace overlooks the yard. All accommodation units in Villa Suzana are air conditioned and have a TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The villa has a wireless internet signal. The villa has a swimming pool and shower in the yard, a washing machine that you can use for free, a very spacious and beautifully landscaped yard full of flowers and shade, deck chairs and umbrellas by the pool, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Along the beach you can reach the center of Potos, cafes and promenades. Another advantage of this villa is that it is moved out of the city, crowds and traffic, and if you want in less than a minute drive you can be in the city center and go shopping. You can reach Potos on foot and for that you need a 10-minute walk along the highway or a little more along the beach. Parking is provided next to the villa and on road extensions, but the villa does not have private parking. If you want decent accommodation in Potos that would suit families with small children, with pool and yard, excellent hygiene, just outside the city, Villa Suzana has our recommendation. On San Antonio Beach you will find several great taverns and a bar.

Our description The Toroneon Hotel is located in Kaliteri, just after the central crossroads (seen from the direction of Thessaloniki), on the main road, on the right. It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. As soon as you step into the accommodation, you come across a very pleasant ambience in the lobby and friendly owners. The accommodation is very neat and clean. Of the studios, there are double and triple and only two quadruple, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double and two singles. The double beds have a double bed, and the triple bed has a double bed and a single bed. There is no possibility of inserting extra beds. Internet signal is available in the rooms, according to the owner. All studios have terraces, somewhat narrower or wider, with or without sea view, air conditioning and safe, TV, mosquito nets. The terraces are more spacious on the first floor than on the second, and the hairdryer is available for use upon arrival. The hotel has a high ground floor which the owners mark as the first floor, because it is quite high and the second floor and is located in the center.
