Welcome - you are in the right place! Our house "JELE AND LUKA'S GUESTHOUSE" is located on Babin Kuk (Lapad peninsula), one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik. Only ten minutes of pleasant walk through the Mediterranean nature separates you from the beach Copacabana, a paradise for children and adults. The distance to the second beach in Lapad Bay is even shorter, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pastry shops, internet cafes, amusement park for children ... There are many more hidden places around the peninsula to enjoy the sea, the sun or shade. This location provides a number of benefits for more demanding guests (tennis courts, mini golf, kayak and canoe rental, diving club, parasailing, water skiing, ... in the evening music for dancing ..., trips to nearby groups of islands, Mostar , Montenegro ..). Within about 250 meters are: post office, bank, ATMs, shopping center, green market, supermarket, two clinics and two pharmacies. You can reach the old town by walking (about 2 - 2.5 km) or a ten-minute city bus ride (the station is 30 m from the house). In front of our house is parking for two - three cars. "Jele ans Luka's guesthouse" has a total capacity of 9 to 12 adults, and consists of two studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. The house is relatively new construction, with good thermal insulation and noise insulation. It is suitable for a group of 9-12 guests and on the large terrace (about 32 m2) has enough space, table and comfortable chairs for all guests. The house has a stable supply of healthy drinking water, and all apartments have a 24-hour hot water supply. All apartments and all rooms in them are well air conditioned with refrigeration. Wireless internet is available in all parts of the house. Details about each apartment can be found in the apartment description. The whole house or individual apartments can be booked. THE PRICE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS, LENGTH OF STAY, MONTH ... NOT EXPENSIVE, WE WILL AGREE! Reception of guests is from 06.00 - 24.00h, Entry of guests into the apartment starts from 12.00h, and departure until 10.00h. Payment is upon entering the apartment, we do not accept credit cards. Guests staying longer than 14 days are granted a 10% discount, and guests staying 1 - 3 days are charged an additional 20% on the base price.

Apartments Tamara are located in one of the most beautiful locations in the town of Hvar (district Zastup), only a few minutes away from the main beach. The center of the city and the harbor are a 15-minute easy walk along the sea, or a few minutes by car. About 5 minutes' walk from the apartment Tamara is the popular Hula-hula beach, the central city bathing area in front of the Amfora hotel, and several smaller beaches (pebble and stone ones). Sunbeds, umbrellas, boats and props for water sports can be rented there. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are 30 meters from the apartment, the diving center is 200 meters away, and the hospital and emergency medical service are 300 meters away. The apartments are fully and modernly equipped with with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation. Each apartment has a covered balcony with a view of the sea, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. On request, a parking lot is available approx. 100 meters from the apartment. Advance reservation is required, as the number of parking spaces is limited. The use of the parking lot costs 7 Eur per day per car. WELCOME! PAYMENT AND NOTES: The price includes tourist tax, use of air conditioning and wifi. Parking is paid 7 Eur per day per car. Bed linen is usually changed once a week, and towels every 3 days. CHECK-IN: from 14:00 CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 RESERVATION CONDITIONS: To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total amount via bank transfer. The rest of the amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival (we do not accept credit cards). A stay of less than 4 days is increased by 20% in the period from 01.07. until 31.08. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of the reservation is possible (with a valid reason) one month before the start of the reservation with a full refund of the advance payment.

Apartment Marina consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom, is separate and occupies the entire floor of the family house with separate entrance. Guests have at their disposal a parking lot with 3 parking spaces in the yard surrounded by greenery. there is also a large barbecue, I hope that the warm home atmosphere will contribute to a pleasant stay in our apartment.
