Welcome - you are in the right place! Our house "JELE AND LUKA'S GUESTHOUSE" is located on Babin Kuk (Lapad peninsula), one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik. Only ten minutes of pleasant walk through the Mediterranean nature separates you from the beach Copacabana, a paradise for children and adults. The distance to the second beach in Lapad Bay is even shorter, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pastry shops, internet cafes, amusement park for children ... There are many more hidden places around the peninsula to enjoy the sea, the sun or shade. This location provides a number of benefits for more demanding guests (tennis courts, mini golf, kayak and canoe rental, diving club, parasailing, water skiing, ... in the evening music for dancing ..., trips to nearby groups of islands, Mostar , Montenegro ..). Within about 250 meters are: post office, bank, ATMs, shopping center, green market, supermarket, two clinics and two pharmacies. Apartments ANNA have a tradition of over 45 years of rent. They are located near the famous sports and recreational beach PICAL in Porec. All apartments are modernly equipped, air conditioned and functional for vacation. For all our guests we have provided parking in a fenced area and the possibility of getting a real Istrian breakfast. On the ground floor there is a two-bed apartment with living room, on the first floor there are two four-bed apartments, and in the attic there is a six-bed apartment - studio with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea. Nissos Rooms is a newer accommodation (opened in 2015), located on the island of Amouliani. Accommodation units can accommodate up to three people, are nicely decorated, comfortable and exude cleanliness. The facility is located in a quiet environment, but close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible. The beach and the center are about 300m away, the nearest market is 100m away, the bakery is 50m away and the nearest restaurant is less than 100m away. We offer nine rooms, four double (15-17m2) and five triple (20m2), and several rooms have side sea views. Rooms are air conditioned, have internet access (own router), TV, terrace with hairdryer, mosquito nets, small refrigerator, electric kettle (bringing other cooking appliances is strictly prohibited!), Safety deposit box and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days, while cleaning is daily. A reception and a lift are at guests ’disposal. Apartments Nikolica are located in Dingač (Borak bb), on the Pelješac peninsula, 95 km west of Dubrovnik. The Potomje area is known for its viticultural and winemaking traditions, and it is on the slopes called Dingač that grapes are grown for the production of one of the highest quality Croatian red wines - Dingača. This wine with a protected geographical origin is characterized by a strong and strong taste that can be attributed to a warm climate with lots of sun. For the same reasons, Dingač Borak Potomje is also liked by tourists who will find untouched peace here. Suffice it to say that the first shop, post office and pumping station are as far as 3 kilometers away, while the apartments and rooms of private holiday homes are only 10 to 20 meters away from the sea. The beaches are pebbly with occasional sandy zones, and the beaches in front of the houses are rocky.
