The Bed and Breakfast “ Genneruxi ”, is located in an elegant building within one of the nicest residential quarters of Cagliari, walking few steps you arrive to the centre and from the most beautiful and characteristic places of the town. The B&B can accommodate six guests, who have complete autonomy with full freedom of schedules. It offers three comfortable bedrooms: one double and one single room with shared bathrooms and a double room with ensuite bathroom. Each rooms has air conditioned with individual control and high speed Internet Wi-Fi free. Less than 50 meters from the B&B there are also a bus stop and a lightmetro stop directly connected in few minutes with the best place of the Cagliari city. A few meters from the B&B there are shops and other public services: the bank, post office, pharmacy, bar, supermarket, pizzeria, restaurant, bakery. The house is only 5 km away from the long and wide sandy beach of Poetto, and few minutes to the main road that leads directly to the airport Cagliari-Elmas.

The complex is set amongst the olive groves of the traditional Cretan Medieval village of Kaliviani Kissamos, 45km West of the city of Chania.Made up of 3 Maisonettes on the 1st floor, 2 Apartments and 1 Studio on the ground floor, surrounded with a beautiful swimming pool and two small gardens with olive and mulberry trees. OTA are constantly popular for family holidays, as they offer many amenities for people travelling with small kids. During the last years also become increasingly popular for couples, the tranquility, privacy, real relaxation in authentic countryside and the famous Kissamos hospitality is our number one priority.

On the ground floor of the house are two identical apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms (2 + 1, 1 + 1 beds) and living room with kitchen. In the living room there is an extra bed for two people. In each apartment there is a washing machine. In front of the apartment is a terrace overlooking the sea. The grill has its own terrace. It is suitable for children, there is plenty of space around the house. Parking is in the garage for four cars. One small plastic paddle boat can be used.
